A Moment in Eternity

A Moment in Eternity is a mixed reality experience combining my personal writing, poetry and sketches. The narrative was created in analog during a period of rest, inaction, and transition following a work-related injury, and invites you into my mind and heart during my experience resting. The piece revolves around three central questions: Why do we work ourselves into disease? What happens when we reclaim our rest, our time, and our bodies? How can we imagine and live in a paradigm beyond exhaustion?
