There is a record breaking mental health crisis with kids & teens, and our goal is to help families and caregivers of children who are looking for solutions to mental and physical health challenges pf kids. We use games and play to introduce HRV biofeedback and emotional regulation in a fun and engaging way.

ZenPet is a digital pet that needs your coherent heart and elevated emotions to grow. It’s small enough to carry around in your bag or backpack to use at anytime, and is designed to regularly remind you through game activities to meditate and emotionally regulate. We measure psychological and physiological balance through a deviation of heart rate called Heart Coherence, a well-researched biofeedback measurement established by HeartMath, with the goal to. teach kids how to take control of their emotions in difficult environments and situations.
